Inspection method
• Check the continuity of the Fuse Unit.
• If blown, confirm that the Fan Motor Unit is not locked and that coil
burnout has not occurred.
• Check continuity between the terminals of the Fan Motor Unit.
• Check the wear state of the carbon brushes (abnormal wear of just
one of the brushes etc.)
• Check there is no roughness on the faces of the commutator etc.
• Dispose of the dust in the Dust Compartment Unit.
• Clean each of the Filters.
• Check for deformation, cracking, and blockage of the Hose Unit.
• Check for blockage of the Nozzle Assy.
• Check for missing teeth, tearing etc.
• Check for cracking of the P.C.B, damage to the electronic
components, soldering defects, broken lines etc.
• Check the insertion state of connector housings.
• Check continuity between terminals A-B of the Lead Wire G Unit.

Remedy
• Replace the Fuse Unit.
• Replace the Fan Motor Unit.
• To check continuity, remove the
Gasket V from the terminals.
After checking, fit new Gasket V.

• Replace the Fan Motor Unit.
• When replacing the Fan Motor Unit,
be sure to change the Gasket V on
the terminals.
• To check continuity, remove the
Gasket V from the terminals.
After checking, fit new Gasket V.
AMC56L-1800P
• Clean or replace.
Filter Unit
Dust Compartment Filter Kit
• Replace the Hose Unit.
Remove the dust from the Hose
Unit, or Nozzle Assy.
• Replace the Belt
• Replace the P.C.B. E Unit.
• Replace the Lead Wire G Unit.
