    Fill ingredients you want to mix into a bowl. The heel stand (8) lends support so that • the hand mixer will not slide off the bowl while the mixer is switched off (ill. d ). Note: The mixer can also rest on the heel stand (8) during periods of non-use, for example, when you are adding ingredients to the mixture.
