3.8.41 WEIGHT ON WHEELS DISCRETE

Weight On Wheels Discrete may be used by EGPWS to determine if the aircraft is on the ground.
Type:
Weight On Wheels Status
Signal Status: On Ground or Not On Ground

3.8.42 GPWS INHIBIT DISCRETE

This discrete inhibits all audio and visual except for Windshear, Terrain Awareness and TCF.
Type:
Analog discrete input from a flight deck mounted switch
Signal Status: GPWS enabled or disabled
Fault monitoring: Activation of this input for more than 5 seconds will result in the 'GPWS Inhibit' fault which will
cause a GPW INOP indication.

3.8.43 RAAS ENABLE DISCRETE (MK V AND MK VII ONLY)

Type:
Discrete for enabling RAAS functionality
Signal Status: RAAS Enabled or Disabled
RAAS Enable Discrete

3.8.44 RAAS INHIBIT DISCRETE (MK V AND MK VII ONLY)

Type:
Discrete for inhibiting RAAS functionality, also inhibits Long Landing Monitor and Takeoff Flap
