lamb; pork;
turkey or veal.
NOTE: Some foods may require additional selections.

done, or set the probe temperature if available.
NOTE: Foods such as beef, poultry and pork should be

rest allows the temperature
of the food to increase to your
selected doneness level.
11. To set a desired cooking temperature,
select the Oven Temp
option and enter the desired temperature. The temperature
must be set between 170°F (77°C) and 550°F (288°C).
12. (Optional) To set a delayed start, select Delay Start and set
desired time. See "Delay Start" for additional
information.
13. Press START to begin cooking.
14. Press CANCEL OVEN (CANCEL UPPER or CANCEL LOWER,
on double models) to turn off the oven.
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before
or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.
Delay Start allows the oven(s) to be set to turn on at a certain
time of day and cook for a set length of time. Delay Start should
not be used for food such as breads and cakes because they
may not bake properly.
Delay Start is available in any cycle that has a Delay Start button.
You may need to select Set Cook Timer to access the Delay Start
option.
To Set a Delay Start:
1. From any cycle with the Delay Start button available, press
the quickset pad next to Delay Start.
2. Delay Start can be set to use with the Cook Timer, while using
the probe, or as a delayed start with no Cook Timer.
Delay with Cook Timer:
1. If Delay with Timer is chosen, use the number keypad to enter
a desired start and end time. The difference between them
should equal the Cook Timer.
2. The oven will automatically
keep the food warm after ending
the cycle at the chosen end time.
3. Press START.
