GENERAL SAFETY RULES WARNING: When using electric gardening tools, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the precautions that follow. READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS • Avoid dangerous environments - don't use power tools in damp or wet locations. - Page 6 indicated elsewhere in this manual. • Do not charge tool in rain, or in wet locations. • Do not use a battery-operated tool in rain. • Do not attempt to remove cut material or hold the material to be cut when blades are moving.

WARNING: If any parts are broken or missing, do not attempt to plug in the power cord or operate the pruner until the broken or missing parts are replaced. Failure to do so could result in possible serious injury. WARNING: Do not attempt to modify this pruner or create accessories recommended for use with this tool. - Page 11 Charging the battery (Fig.2) The battery charger provided matches the Lithium-ion battery installed in the tool. Do not use any other battery charger. The Lithium-ion battery is protected against deep discharging. When the battery is empty, the tool is switched off by a protective circuit.
