    Unravel the AC cord and connect it to a conveniently located AC outlet having 120V and 60Hz only. The Clock Display will illuminate and a flashing time will appear in the window. The Clock Display will continue to flash until the time has been set. CAUTION: To prevent electric shock, match wide blade of plug to wide slot, fully insert.

    TO PLAY THE RADIO Slide the Function switch to the ON position. Antennas FM: Extend and rotate the AC Cord for better FM reception. AM: Turn the unit for better AM reception. TO SET OR RESET THE ACTUAL TIME Press and hold the TIME button. OPERATION Slide the BAND switch 1 to the desired band (AM or FM) and tune...
  • Page 9 OPERATION (CONTINUED) TO SET OR RESET THE ALARM TIME Press and hold the ALARM button. TO SET THE ALARM TO WAKE TO RADIO Set the alarm time as previously instructed. Select a radio station and make sure the VOLUME control is set as desired. Note: See next page to shut off the alarm and for the Snooze feature.

    OPERATION (CONTINUED) TO SET THE ALARM TO WAKE TO DORA Set the alarm time as previously instructed. Slide the Function switch to the DORA position. When the actual time matches the selected preset alarm time, the Dora phrase will automatically sound for one hour and then shut off.

    OPERATION (CONTINUED) TO ACTIVATE THE SLEEP FUNCTION Tune the desired radio station as previously instructed and slide the Function switch to the AUTO position. To cancel sleep time before it counts down to “00” and turn the radio off, press the SNOOZE button.

    TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE SYMPTOM GENERAL Power does not come on. RADIO No sound. Noise or sound distorted on AM or FM. Radio does not turn off with SLEEP feature. CLOCK Flashing time. Alarm does not turn on. POSSIBLE CAUSE AC line cord not plugged in.
