Mains supply
This VTR can be used with a power (mains) voltage of
100 to 110V, 115 to 127V, 200 to 220V or 230 to 250V.
Be sure to check your local power (mains) voltage.
Turn the voltage selector located on the bottom of the
VTR to your desired
power
(mains) voltage with a
screwdriver until the selector clicks.
Before turning the
voltage selector, unplug the main power plug from the
AC outlet.
The OPERATE switch located on the front panel of the
VTR switches the VTR to on and off, leaving the clock/
timer facility unaffected.
As to the indication of the OPERATE switch, ''l'' shows
ON and " () " shows electrical power stand-by.
If the unit is to be left unattended for a long period and
it is not intended to use the timer recording function, it
is recommended that the unit be completely switched
off and the piug removed.
If you intend to record dur-
ing your absence, remember there is no necessity for
the TV receiver to be switched on.
WARNING:
It is permissible to record television
programmes only in the event that third party copyrights
and other rights are not violated.
