Fm/am 4channel stereo receiver
ADJUST
TRACKING
AND
SENSITIVITY
LOW FREQUENCY
. Connect RF generator to the antenna terminal of the rear panel through dummy antenna.
. Connect VTVM and oscilloscope to REC jack or speaker terminal.
. Set dial pointer to 88MHz on dial calibrations.

. Adjust coil Lo and La of front-end so that output is at max.
HIGH FREQUENCY
. Set RF generator to 88MHz the modulation of 400Hz, the deviation of 75kHz and input 10zV.
1. Set RF generator to 108MHz, the modulation of 400Hz, the deviation of 75kHz and the input of 10uV.
2. Set dial pointer to 108MHz on dial calibrations.
3. Adjust trimmer FM Tco and TCA of Front-end so that output is at max.

. Connect VTVM
and oscilloscope to REC jack or speaker terminal.
. Switch the source select to FM MUTING.
. Cut out R101 when muting is operated under input level of 25dB.

1. Set stereo signal modulator to the following
Modulation > 1000Hz
Deviation
Pilot only > 7.5kHz
MAIN & SUB > 67.5kHz
Output > EXT jack of RF signal generator
. Connect RF generator to the antenna terminal of the rear panel through dummy antenna.
. Connect VTVM, Oscilloscope and distortion meter to REC jack or speaker terminal.
. Set RF generator to 98MHz, and the input 60dB (1mV).
. Set dial pointer to 98MHz on dial calibrations.
. Connect oscilloscope to TP3. (terminal of IC201 Pin No. 13)
. Adjust T201 black core so that 19kHz level is at max.
. Set stereo demodulator sub and pilot.

. Set RF generator to 98MHz modulation of 400Hz, deviation of 75kHz and input of 24~34dB.

Switch selector of stereo modulator to LEFT.
Adjust VR201 so that RIGHT channel output is at min.
Switch selector of stereo modulator to RIGHT.
Adjust VR201
so that LEFT channel output is at min.
In case of difference between right and left, set VR201 to average.

. Adjust T201 yellow core so that L-channel or R-channe} output is at maximum
gain and at minimum
distortion.
