DI-1616 Amplifier Controller/Monitor
DESCRIPTION
The DI-1616 Amplifier Controller/Monitor is TOA's latest
addition to the DACsys II Series and enables control and
monitoring of TOA IP Series Dual Channel Amplifiers using
a standard Windows 95
can control/monitor each IP amplifier channel's input/output
levels, mute, power supply and protect mode status. A sin-
gle DI-1616 supports up to 16 IP Series amplifier channels
(8 IP Series power amplifiers) and communicates with the
PC via RS-232C or RS-485. For large systems, you can
connect up to 30 DI-1616's via RS-485 to control and mon-
itor 480 IP Series amplifier channels (240 IP Series power
amplifiers). Or, configure systems with any combination of
up to 30 DACsys II units including the DI-1616, DP-0202,
DP-0204/SR, or DX-0808. The DI-1616 has 16 on-board
memories to store amplifier channel settings with instant
recall from the unit front panel or PC. Each IP Series ampli-
fier channel connects to the DI-1616 with the CX-9CC-2
(6.6ft/2m) or CX-9CC-5 (16.4ft/5m) interface cable (order
separately). The DI-1616 occupies one rack space and
includes rack-mount brackets and the DACsys II Windows

control software.
