4-way circuit tester

Quick Links

Model ET26B
4-Way Circuit
Tester
OPERATION
To check a circuit for voltage, insert the
test leads into outlet or carefully touch
test leads to the electrical contacts or
conductor to be tested. If voltage is
present, the neon indicator will light in
that range, indicating the voltage level
of the circuit. See Figure 1.
To test for the live side of a receptacle,
insert one probe into the ground post of
the receptacle while inserting the other
probe into the alternate slots of the
receptacle. The neon indicator will light
when the probe makes contact with the
live side of the outlet. See Figure 2
The unique design allows for easy one
hand testing of outlets. See Figure 3.
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Always
check proper operation on a known working
circuit before using. Do not use outside of
marked/rated voltage.
CAUTION: Use extreme caution when
checking electrical circuits to avoid injury due
to electrical shock. FLIR Systems, Inc.
assumes basic knowledge of electricity on
the part of the user and is not responsible for
any injury or damages due to improper use
of this tester.

Probador de circuitos de 4 vías
OPERACIÓN
Para probar voltaje, inserte los cables
de prueba en el enchufe o toque los
contactos eléctricos o conductor a
probar. Si hay voltaje presente, el
Indicador neón se iluminará en esa
escala, indicando el nivel de voltaje del
circuito.
No use
fuera de los voltajes nominales.
