Warning: Before proceeding with the in- stallation refer to the accessory manuals. Warning: Before proceeding with the in- stallation apply the correct accessory for the type of installation.
13.5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS Power supply 230V ~50Hz. The unit is supplied with the power cable 2 REPURO m long and Schuko plug. 100 - 170 Provide a Schuko socket in proximity to the unit. To protect the unit against short circuits provide in the power supply line a circuit breaker 2A, 250V (IG) with minimum open- ing contact of 3 mm.
13.6. CONNECTING THE AIR DUCT TO THE UNIT RePuro100 - RePuro170 : - To identify the location of the ducts refer to the drawing. - Connect the ducting to the connectors, fix the ducting with ties. Extract air Supply air RePuro250 - RePuro350 : - Mount the 4 connectors to the unit flange to the drawings.
13.7. CONDENSATE DISCHARGE The condensate discharge connection has an RePuro external diameter of 20 mm. The condensate discharge system must be 100mm sized for the condensate flow produced by the unit and any other unit (recovery unit, plenum, etc.) connected to the same system. 60mm Procedure for mounting the connection: - Identify the condensate discharge hole and...
INSTALLATION OF THE WIRED PANEL The AERMEC RePuro units are controlled by the user through a wired wall VMF system panel of an especially low profile design 12 mm. The wired panel can be wall mounted over a recessed electrical wall box. (E.g.: module 503).
14.2. COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN THE WIRED CONTROL PANEL AND THE ELECTRICAL WALL BOXES The wired control panel can be mounted to various types of electrical wall boxes. Several examples are shown below: Type Type 503E 503E Type Type 502E 502E Type Type Wall Wall...
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE Any cleaning procedure is forbidden before disconnecting the unit from the power sup- ply. Check for the absence of voltage before pro- ceeding. Periodic maintenance is fundamental to keep the unit in perfect efficiency both func- tionally and for energy. RePuro100 - RePuro170 It is fundamental to provide annual checks.
