    2. BRAKE PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT CAUTION : Switch off the main switch before adjustment. When adjusting the distance/brake pressure, the machine should be the start position (the positioning hole of brake eccentric cam must be upper position as shown in figure). a) Loosen the nut (A), loosen or tighten the adjusting screw (B) until the distance between the brake roller and the brake eccentric cam comes to 0.07mm –...

    3. LOOPER STROKE/TIMING a) Remove the right and left cloth clamp plate. Set the sewing select dial to “S/O”. b) Start the machine and push the emergency button after the needle works a few stitches. c) Switch off the main switch for safety. d) Rotate the hand pulley clockwise(see from the back side) with hand until the needle bar comes to the lowest position as inside stitches and measure the needle bar height.

    4. NEEDLE BAR HEIGHT Standard of the needle bar height is 2.5mm from the eye/threading hole of needle when the looper tip comes to the center of needle. a) Remove the right and left cloth clamp plate. b) Start the machine and push the emergency button after a few stitching.

POSITION OF REDUCING STITCH ROD CAUTION : Switch off the main switch before adjustment. a) Set the buttonhole selector lever to “EYELET” and the stitch density lever to “MAXIMUM” (+). b) Loosen the screw ①, move the connecting rod (B) until the distance between the rod (A) and the circumference of the stitch feed arm comes to 0.8mm.
