In the interest of your own safety, Husqvarna Motorcycles recommends that you only operate the vehicle while wearing protective clothing. Work rules Unless specified otherwise, the ignition must be turned off during all work (models with ignition lock, models with remote key) or the engine must be at a standstill (models without ignition lock or remote key).

An engine with a correctly set idle speed is easier to start than an engine with the idle speed set incorrectly.

    PREPARING FOR USE 8 Starting power of lithium-ion batteries at low temperatures Lithium-ion batteries are far lighter than lead batteries, have a low self-discharge rate, and have more starting power at tem- peratures over 15 °C (60 °F). At low temperatures, however, the starting power of lithium-ion batteries drops to below that of lead batteries.
