6. PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE AND RECYCLING

Dismantling and recycling must be carried out by qualifi ed personnel and in compliance with the applicable local and

international regulations in each country.

Disconnect the fan from the power supply network and all associated electrical equipment ensuring that nobody can

start it in the process.

Separate the fan from the network of ventilation ducts and protect the openings to prevent the entry of dirt or other

materials.

Disassemble and eliminate the parts to be replaced according to current national and international standards.

The EC regulations and the commitment that we must acquire in future generations make us recycle materials;

Please do not forget to deposit all the remaining packaging elements in the corresponding recycling contai-

ners. If your device is also labelled with this symbol, do not forget to take the replaced one to the nearest Waste

Manager.

The unit is mainly made up of steel, copper, ferrite, aluminium and plastic. The components must be separated for re-

cycling into the following categories:

• Steel and iron

• Aluminium

• Non-ferrous materials

• Plastics

• Isolating materials

• Cables

• Electronic scrap
