Installation Instructions

Installation

. . . read and follow these instructions:

1.

Place mounting bracket on door face in desired location.

2. Mark 2 mounting hole locations on door face using bracket as template.

3. Remove bracket from door face and drill 2 marked holes, 5/32" in diameter. For

hollow metal doors, drill through near side only. For wood doors, drill 7/8" deep.

4. Disconnect existing antenna from circuit board and connect antenna jumper

cable to circuit board.

5. Drill additional hole(s) in door as appropriate to route antenna jumper cable from

circuit board into bracket area. Carefully route jumper cable, being sure not to

damage it.

6. Install bracket to door with 2 screws provided.

7. Connect antenna cable from cover to jumper cable from circuit board.

8. Carefully curl antenna cable inside bracket and place cover over bracket.

9. Secure cover to bracket with 2 screws.
