    CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Main Burner Conversion The procedure for the 5 burner model is shown Fig. 1 here. The procedure for the 4 burner and 3 burner models is the same, except for the parts used: For the 5 burner model, use the 5 Main Burner Orifices that are marked "Use for 5B".

Insert the provided socket wrench into burner openings and unscrew orifices from ends of valves with socket wrench and provided bayonet wrench (Fig. 4) Bayonet wrench Socket wrench Fig. 5 4. Put the new orifice into the socket wrench, and insert the tool into the burner opening and tighten the new orifice into the valve.
  • Page 6 CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Side Burner Conversion (use for 4B & 5B) For the 4 and 5 burner models, use 1 of the 3 Side & Searing Burner Orifices that are marked "Use for Side Burner". Fig. 7 1. Remove 4 screws under the left side burner to detach it from the brackets.
  • Page 7 CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Cooking Grid Searing Burner Conversion (Use for 5B) Fig. 10 For the 5 burner model, use 1 of the 3 Side & Searing Burner Orifices that are marked "Use for Side Burner". 1. Open Searing Burner Lid, and remove cooking grid from Searing Burner.
  • Page 8 CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Rotisserie Burner Conversion Fig. 14 (Use for 5B) For the 5 burner model, use the Rotisserie Orifice that is marked "Use for Rotisserie Burner". 1. Loosen and remove the 4 screws from the back of firebox to remove the rear panel of the rotisserie burner.
  • Page 9 CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Adjust valve control screw This adjustment must be made on all grill models: 5B, 4B and 3B. Fig. 17 1. Pull all the main burner knobs and the side burner knob off of the valve stems. Do not pull off the Searing or Rotisserie burner knobs.
  • Page 10 CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Gas Line Conversion This conversion must be made on all grill models: 5B, 4B and 3B 1. Remove regulator hose from grill by unscrewing it from the "Y connection with flare" fitting. The fitting is on the L-shaped bracket on the right rear wall of the cart, behind the fuel tank gauge.
  • Page 11 5. After grill is completely assembled, make sure natural gas supply valve is “OFF” and then connect natural gas hose to socket. Push sleeve back on socket and insert plug until sleeve snaps forward, locking plug into socket. Be sure to leak test these connections prior to use. Notice: Also follow any instructions that came with the natural gas line that you are using.

Retire la manguera del regulador de la parrilla desatornillándola de la conexión "Y con bridas". El accesorio se encuentra en el soporte en forma de L en la pared posterior derecha del carro, detrás del indicador del depósito de combustible.
