Bianchi Gaia fresh milk Maintenance

Remove milk container and replace with

the required cleaning solution.

Press B4 + B3

The Machine will start a 'Quick Rinse'

Once complete, you will need to

activate the clean again. Follow the

previous step to activate.

Turn the Power to the machine 'OFF'

from the main switch. Then remove the

milk tubes.

Place a jug in machine to collect

cleaning solution

Introduce

Water container

Once the clean is completed, the

machine will ask you to rinse the milk

line. Replace container with fresh water

and repeat the same step.

Once all milk tubes are removed lift the

milk frother upwards out from the

support

Press and hold P4, Once held press

button

to activate 'Milk Clean'

Choose Product

Ready

Once the clean was successfully

completed. the screen should read

'Choose Product Ready'

Pull milk frother apart and clean/rinse

under warm water.
