Introduction to the guide Applicability This guide is applicable to ACS880-01 installations with option +H358 UK gland plate for frames R6 to R9 and degree of protection of IP21. The guide is a supplement to ACS880-01 hardware manual (3AUA0000078093 [English]). -
Page 8: Unpacking The Drive Package
4 ACS880-01 installation with option +H358 UK gland plate Unpacking the drive package Open the drive package and the cable box package. Remove the UK gland plate from the drive package. Note: The UK gland plate is located in the cardboard package of the drive (not in the cable box package). - Page 9 ACS880-01 installation with option +H358 UK gland plate 5 2. Prepare to make holes in the UK gland plate for the glands where you will make the 360-degree grounding for the power and control cables. Lay out the SWA glands onto the gland plate so that the earth straps have space, Then, make the holes in the plate at a separate location away from the drive to prevent swarf from entering the drive.
