Cleaning and general operating instructions

1. Unpack the Milkmate 2005 and place it on the counter.

Make sure that there is no other sources of heat

close to the machine other than the Espresso machine.

Allow 4"of clearance around the unit for air circulation.

2. MilkMate 2005 must be left on to cool for at least

3 hours before anything is placed inside the cooler.

If additional cooling is need add 8-10 oz of water to

create a sugar bath.

3. MilkMate 2005 must be cleaned daily with soap

and water. The cleaning instructions must comply with the

local health codes.

4 Every three months, the fins of the units should be blown

with compressed air to eliminate dust accumulation.

The MilkMate is designed to hold pre-cooled products

at 40 degrees Fahrenheit At an ambient temperature of

75 +/- 2 degrees or 24 degrees +/- 1C

6. The Milkmate should be left on all the time 24-7days.
