 3.  Insert the card into the communication board slot marked "CARD".
 4.  Turn ON the battery   A UX switch and circuit breaker. Wait 1 minute before proceeding.
 5.  Turn ON AC to the inverter.
WARNING!
ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. Do not touch uninsulated wires when the inverter cover is
removed.
 6.  The upgrade starts automatically. Wait for the message Done to be displayed on the LCD.
 7.  Remove the card from the inverter.
Configuring the RS485 Bus for Battery and Meter
Connection
This section describes how to set up the RS485 communication between the       i nverter, 
meter and one battery. 
For information on configuring two batteries, refer to   t he StorEdge Applications 
Connection and Configuration Guide available at 
http://www.solaredge.com/sites/default/files/storedge_applications_connection_and_
configuration_guide.pdf .
To configure the RS485 bus:
 1.  Turn OFF or verify that the StorEdge Connection Unit switch   i s OFF.
 2.  Turn the inverter ON/OFF switch to OFF.
 3.  Select Communication  RS485-1 Conf  Device Type  Multi Devices. A list of devices is 
displayed.
