All the screws are pre-fixed to the machine.

    2. Mount blade retainer and grass trimmer head, hand tighten it securely.(see Fig.8) Blade retainer Fig.8 WARNING! Do not use the line cutting head without the plastic guard. Note: Please store the blade retainer and nut in a safe place. Straps supplied are used to fasten throttle cable to handle , to avoid interference during operation.

  • Page 11 Fig.12 5. Pull on the recoil starter once again. Allow the engine to run idle for around 10 seconds to let it warm up. 6. To speed up, set the Throttle Switch to the “H” position. Fig.13 Note: Check the blade to make sure it does not turn when the engine is at idle. If the blade rotates even a little, using a Philips head screwdriver, lower the idling speed by adjusting the carburetor as shown below.

    3.The engine will now stop. IMPORTANT! Running in the engine During the first ten hours of work, run the engine at a moderate RPM and not at full throttle. Allow 10 hours of use to run in the engine. It is at the end of the run-in period that the engine will reach its maximum power.

    proceed as follows: ·Empty the fuel tank completely. ·Protect all metal engine parts from corrosion by coating them with oil. ·Remove the spark plug, put a few drops of oil into the cylinder and then pull the recoil starter 2 to 3 times in order to distribute the fuel evenly. Replace the spark plug.
