HANGING THE
The handset runs on a consumer-replaceable nickel cadmium battery pack.
If you experience any of the following problems, you may need to replace
the battery pack:
• Short talk time
• Limited range
Make sure phone is OFF before you replace battery.
1. Slide open
the battery
compartment
door.
5. Replace and
plug in the new
battery pack.
(use GE BT-12
replacement
battery.)

2. Unfasten the
strap holding
battery in
place.

4. Remove the
battery pack.
8. Charge the
battery for 12
hours before
use.
