This can be achieved by stirring and/or turning the food, and observing a sufficiently long standing time, which should be added to the time needed for cooking, reheating or defrosting.

When reheating liquids, always place the boiling wand supplied into the cup or glass. When boiling and in particular when reheating liquids, milk, sauces etc, using microwave power without the boiling wand, the boiling point of the liquid may be reached without the production of typical bubbles.
