  • Page 7 FILE NO. SVM-14059 WARNING Use wiring that meets the specifications in the Installation Manual and the stipulations in the local regulations and laws. Use of wiring which does not meet the specifications may give rise to electric shocks, electrical leakage, smoking and/or a fire.
  • Page 8 FILE NO. SVM-14059 The refrigerant used by this air conditioner is the R410A. Check the used refrigerant name and use tools and materials of the parts which match with it. For the products which use R410A refrigerant, the refrigerant name is indicated at a position on the outdoor unit where is easy to see.
  • Page 9 FILE NO. SVM-14059 Once the repair work has been completed, check for refrigerant leaks, and check the insulation resistance and water drainage. Then perform a trial run to check that the air conditioner is running properly. After repair work has finished, check there is no trouble. If check is not executed, a fire, electric shock or injury may be caused.

Safety Caution Concerned to Refrigerant The pressure of R410A is high 1.6 times of that of the former refrigerant (R22). Accompanied with change of refrigerant, the refrigerating oil has been also changed.
