If you have a problem with your SL-5500 v3 Upgrade, check the following points and refer to the operation manuals. If the problem remains, contact our Support center. • A memory shortage is occurring when starting up applications. • If some applications are open, close any applications which you are not using. • Turn off the “Fast load” checkboxes for applications you do not use frequently. • Perform the Software reset/Full reset check operations in this specific order. (See the Start-up Guide: “What to do if a problem occurs”... - Page 8 • See the Start-up Guide: “Using expansion memory cards” and be sure to remove the card and insert it again correctly. • Use only memory cards that have been approved by SHARP. Other cards may not work properly with the unit.
