The check code will appear when the indoor units for use with a different type of refrigerant or incompatible units are connect-
ed.
3. Error source, cause, check method and remedy
Error source
Outdoor unit
HWE10020
Cause
The connected indoor unit or BC controller is
exclusively for use with R22 or R407C. An in-
compatible indoor unit or BC controller is con-
nected.
The M-NET connection adapter is connected
to the indoor unit system in a system in which
the Slim Model (A control) of units are con-
nected to the M-NET.
Incompatible units are connected.
Check method and remedy
Check the model names of the connected in-
door unit and the BC controller.
Check whether the connecting adapter for
M-NET is not connected to the indoor unit.
(Connect the connecting adapter for M-NET
to the outdoor unit.)
