    If the filters are dirty or clogged, the rear projection display may over- heat. When you replace the lamp, it is also wise to replace the filters. The filters come in the same package with the NEC replacement lamp (RT50LP). Cleaning the filters To clean the filters: Vacuum the filter through the filter cover.
