    In the 'Install From Disk' window, put the driver disk in the floppy drive and enter the driver path i.e. 'a:\w98&2000' in combo list and click 'OK'. It will show 'AcerLAN ALN-325 10/100 Base-TX Fast Ethernet adapter' in the Models field of 'Select Device' window. Click 'OK'.
