Accordingly, the time required for writing or reading data may not be constant, depending on disk condition.

3-10 Setting Up Your Server TURNING ON THE SERVER Turn on the server and follow the on-screen instructions for setup. Make sure all external devices, such as a video display, keyboard, and mouse have been connected, and the power cords are connected. Power on the video display and any other external devices.
Page 65 The POWER/SLEEP lamp on the front of the server comes on. In a few seconds, the NEC logo appears on the screen and the Power On Self-Test (POST) begins. The POST runs automatically when you power on the server or reset it with a keyboard operation (Ctrl + Alt + Delete).

You can configure your system, as well as option boards you may add to your system, using the BIOS SETUP Utility.
