This quick Start Guide will help you to correctly install and operate your system.

Installing the main unit and

the subwoofer
1. Pull up both speakers outwards.
2. Turn the unit. Place the glass shelf on top of it.

3. Place the wooden shelf on top of the screw.
4. Cover the screws on the speakers with the screw covers provided.
Notes:
It is advisable for the top glass cover to be carried by 2 persons.
Top glass with sticker on its surface, must face upwards.
The maximum load for the top glass cover on the unit is 80 kg.
The glass is made of reinforced glass, but dropping pointed objects on it
or strongly hitting the surface may cause it to break.
The top glass cover and wooden shelf board are not fastened to the unit.
Take care when transporting the unit, otherwise these parts may fall off
and there is a risk of damage and injury.

Remote control battery installation
Use 2 "AA" size batteries (UM/SUM-3, R6, HP-7 or similar).

Open the battery cover.

Insert the batteries as shown.

Close the cover.

To turn the power on
After checking all the connections have been made correctly, connect the
AC power lead to the wall socket.

  • Page 2 Playing a disc Turn on your system Press the ON/STAND-BY button. If the power does not turn on, check whether the power lead is plugged in properly. Press the DVD/CD button on the remote control or FUNCTION button repeatedly on the main unit to select DVD/CD function. Insert the disc into the disc slot, label side up.
