    Connections and Setup ANTENNA/CABLE ANTENNA/CABLE Get the Picture ANALOG INPUT DIGITAL INPUT The fi rst part of setting up your TV is to get the picture, also known as the signal. The back panel of your TV allows you to receive analog channels by using the ANTENNA/CABLE ANALOG INPUT and digital channels by using the ANTENNA/CABLE DIGITAL INPUT.

  • Page 13 Connections and Setup Connecting the Device High-Defi nition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) technology is an uncompressed digital connection that carries both video and audio data by way of an integrated mini-plug cable. Since HDMI technology is based on Digital Visual Interface (DVI), the jack on the back of your TV is also compatible with devices that have a DVI output jack.
