8. Remove fasteners
link. Repeat step on opposite side of vehicle.
9. Remove two brake caliper fasteners

, loosen the hub castle nut

. Discard the cotter
12. Remove the lower shock fastener
13. Remove upper control arm pinch bolt.
14. Using a soft face hammer, tap on bearing carrier to
loosen the upper A-arm ball joint end while lifting
upward on the upper A-arm. Completely remove the
ball joint end from the bearing carrier.
15. Remove driveshaft from bearing carrier.
16. With a short, sharp jerk, remove drive shaft from the
front gearcase.
17. Repeat steps 9-17 on the opposite side of the vehicle.
