15. Cut the three zip ties retaining the wiring to the edges
of the fuel tank.
16. Lift the rear of the fuel tank up first. Carefully pull the
fuel tank out of the vehicle.
FUEL TANK INSTALLATION (XP4)
1. Carefully lower the front of the fuel tank down. Be
careful to avoid pinching any of the wiring by the
middle of the vehicle.
IMPORTANT
Ensure the fuel tank strap is below the fuel tank.
2. Install three new zip ties retaining the wiring to the
edges of the fuel tank.
3. Install the fuel tank vent line to the tank fitting. Install
the cover panel above the fuel tank.

4. Install the Torx screws
Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Fuse Box Screws:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)

7. Install the seat base assembly into the vehicle. Install

Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Block-off Panel Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
