This guide provides you with the information you need to get started. For more information and additional support, please visit T-Mobile.com/support where you can:

  • Register at my.t-mobile.com to check your minutes, pay your bill, upgrade your phone, and change your rate plan.

Access account information:

  1. From a Home screen swipe up, and then tap T-Mobile folder > T-Mobile .

Service or use is your agreement to T-Mobile's Terms and Conditions. T-Mobile requires Arbitration of Disputes unless, for new customers, you opt-out within 30-days, or for existing customers, you previously opted-out. Failure to activate service within 30-days from purchase will also be considered acceptance. For details, see T-Mobile's Terms and Conditions at T-Mobile.com/terms-conditions.

About your phone

Overview - Part 1

The main screen includes a special protective layer. Peeling off the protective layer or using any adhesives on the main screen, such as screen protectors or stickers, may cause damage.

Set up your phone

Your SIM card may be pre-installed.

Set up

Remove SIM card tray

Use the tool to open the SIM card tray.

Insert SIM card

Place the SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down.

Backup and restore

Get help transferring contacts, photos and other content from your old phone at samsung.com/smartswitch.

Galaxy Buds

Pair Samsung Galaxy Buds with your Galaxy Fold and go.

With sound by AKG, Samsung Galaxy Buds provide a balanced and natural sound with superb dynamic range.

Connect your buds using the Galaxy Wearable app .

Once connected, use the app to view connection status, battery percentages, manage notifications, and customize various settings.

Connect to your Samsung device

Open the charging case to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

When prompted by the app, tap Connect and follow the prompts to complete pairing.

Once connected:

  • Tap an earbud to view TIPS
  • Tap to turn the EQUALIZER On/Off

Connect to Samsung Sevice

Charge your buds

Insert the buds into the charging case and close.
Charge the Buds

The buds and the charging case are charged simultaneously.

You can also charge the buds and charging case using a wireless charger.

Gestures

Customize the Home, Back and Recents keys or remove them and use gestures instead.

  1. From Settings , tap Display > Navigation bar.
  2. Tap one of the following Navigation types:
    • Navigation buttons (default)
    • Full screen gestures
    • Button order
    • Gesture hints (Displays only when full screen gestures is selected)

App continuity

Do more with App continuity. The app experience continues from the front screen to the large immersive display.

Multi-tasking

Do more at once. Run up to three apps at the same time in the split screen view. You can also run multiple apps at the same time in the Pop-up view.

From the right edge of the display, swipe left and select an app.

Note: Repeat this step to launch the second app.

Additional options

Tap at the top of the window to access additional options.

Note: Some options only display in Pop-up view.

Adjust the window size

Drag the circle between the app windows to the left or right to adjust the size of the windows.

Reposition the window

You can change the location of windows.

Tap and hold at the top of the window. When the window's app icon appears, drag the window to the new location.

Wireless PowerShare

Wirelessly charge compatible devices right from your phone.

  1. Drag the Status bar down to display the Notification panel.
  2. Touch and drag to access all Quick Settings options.
  3. Tap Wireless PowerShare .
  4. With the phone face down, place the device on the back of the phone to charge.

Note: Wireless PowerShare works with most Qi-Certified devices. Requires minimum 30% battery to share. Speed and power efficiency of charge varies by device. May not work with some accessories, covers, or other manufacturer's devices. If you have trouble connecting or charging is slow, remove any cover from each device. May affect call reception or data services, depending on your network environment.
