3 ADJUSTMENT 3 ADJUSTMENT 3-1. BACK FOCUS ADJUSTMENT OF THE LENS If the relation between the image plane of the lens and the image plane of the camera is incorrect, the object goes out of focus at the time of zooming operation. Follow the procedure below to adjust the back focus of the lens. -

5 OPERATION Instant Auto-Iris Switch When the instant auto-iris switch is pressed during manual iris operation, the iris changes to automatic operation mode while the switch is held down. NOTE The automatic iris operation may not be performed depending on the types of cameras. The adjustment and the setting can also be made on the information display. -

SWITCH OPERATIONS Functions can be assigned to the five switches: the VTR, RET, AUX switches of the drive unit, or AUX1 and AUX2 switches of the zoom demand on the information display. This means that the color reproduction is warmer than that of EF lenses which are basically used to shoot still images.
