OT-WH30 Installation Manual
The OT-WH30 is an optional hanging bracket for attaching the printer to a wall.
This manual describes the procedures and precautions for installing and using the
OT-WH30.
Precautions
This hanging bracket is for hanging a TM-m30, TM-m30II, or TM-m30II-H printer.
Depending on the printer model, the included screws to mount the bracket are
different as described below. Make sure to use the correct screws.
❏ TM-m30:
3x10 bracket mounting screw (Silver)
❏ TM-m30II, TM-m30II-H:
2.5x10 bracket mounting screw (Black)
If you use the screws for another printer model, or mix up the screws by mistake, the
bracket cannot be mounted properly or the printer may not work properly.
Unpacking
Make sure that you have all the items shown, and that none has been damaged. If
you find anything missing or damaged, contact your dealer.

Note:
❏ Screws for wall-mount are not included. Please use screws appropriate to
the type of wall being used.
❏ Depending on the conditions during storage and shipping, some rust may
form around the edges of the wall-mount or bracket. This may be removed
with sandpaper.
Installation
Turn off the printer.
Attach the wall-mount to the wall.
CAUTION:
❏ To fix the printer securely, install the wall-mount on a wall made of
wood, concrete, or metal. The thickness of the wall should be 10 mm
or more.
❏ In order to insure that the wall-mount can properly support the
weight of the printer, please secure it with screws appropriate to
the type of wall the wall-mount is installed on. A screw with 4 mm
diameter and length of 12 mm or more is recommended.
❏ Be sure to fasten the wall-mount securely to the wall with a screw in
each of the 6 holes.
❏ Before attaching the wall-mount, make sure enough space remains
around the printer.
❏ Make sure that there is enough space for opening the roll paper
cover.
□ Bracket
Attach the bracket to the holes on the bottom cover using the included
screws.
CAUTION:
Make sure you tighten the screw completely when installing.
If they are not tightened completely, the mount or the printer could fall
or topple over causing injury or accident to occur.

Peel off the stickers from the spacers, and attach them to the printer in
the positions shown below.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the surface of the printer is clean and dry.
Slide the bracket into the slots of the wall-mount.
CAUTION:
When mounting the printer, make sure that the wall-mount is securely
fastened to the wall.
