  • Page 14 OPERATION Steering Trigger Controls The unit was shipped with oil in the engine. Check oil level before each operation to ensure adequate oil in the engine. NOTE: Be sure to check the engine on a level surface with the engine stopped. Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick and wipe the dipstick clean.

  • Page 16 OPERATION Engaging the Drive With the throttle control in the Fast (rabbit) position, move shift lever into one of the six forward (F) positions or two reverse (R) positions. Select a speed appropriate for the snow conditions and a pace you’re comfortable with. NOTE: When selecting a Drive Speed, use the slower speeds until you are comfortable and familiar with the operation of the snow thrower.
