    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following: • Read all instructions. • Check that your mains voltage corresponds with the rating on the appliance. • To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug, or appliance in water or other liquid.

Cleaning liquids may have a deleterious effect on the insulation or covering of the heating unit. It is recommended you follow instructions for localized soiling or hand washing if soiling occurs.

    USING YOUR ELECTRIC BLANKET Controls Note: On initial use it is recommended that the blanket be set on setting ‘9’ for 30 minutes before sleeping on the bed and then set to setting ‘1’ for continuous use. Preset on ‘9’ will assist in drying out any moisture which has been accumulated in the mattress.
