It contains important instructions on installation and operation. The device is designed to state-of-the-art technological standards. Operating Instructions MB TouchScreen ControlPanel Important information on operation Operation The operating and display panel "MB TouchScreen ControlPanel" is used as a status display for operating your intrusion detection central control unit. Operation of the system is dialog managed via a touch screen. -

Operating Instructions MB TouchScreen ControlPanel Operating code Code input - Enter code - Clear input by touching "CLR" Acknowledge by touching "OK". Hold-up code: PIN + (1 – 9) A possible tens digit is not carried over. Depending on the panel type the operating functions are distributed over 3 different authorization levels or the operating functions are allocated to the operating code (see 5.2). -

In case of alarm, the display is activated to achieve a better signalling effect. In normal operating mode, after a touch, depending on the settings of the TouchScreen ControlPanel: - the home screen with the area view, - or the home screen with the security screen overview will be displayed. -

Operating Instructions MB TouchScreen ControlPanel Area view The Area View button opens the preferred area defined for this panel within the panel programming. If no preferred area is programmed, the first assigned area of the panel appears. The area view is used to operate the selected alarm partition of the panel. This view allows a quick overview of the status of the panel's zone. -

Partial zone arming is possible with this form of security, i.e you can disable detector groups.
