Connect AM antenna Assemble the AM loop antenna. Connect the AM loop antenna to the AM jack on the back of the main unit. Connect speakers Note • For optimal sound, use the supplied speakers only. • Connect only speakers with impedance that is the same or higher than the supplied speakers. -

Prepare the remote control Note • Risk of explosion! Keep batteries away from heat, sunshine or fire. Never discard batteries in fire. To replace the remote control battery: Open the battery compartment. Insert two AAA batteries (not supplied) with correct polarity (+/-) as indicated. Close the battery compartment. -

If you encounter problems when using this apparatus, check the following points before requesting service. If the problem remains unsolved, go to the Philips web site (www. philips.com/welcome).
