    Set up the wireless network Your SoundBar has a built-in Wi-Fi for easy access to the wireless network. Connect your SoundBar to your router as shown below, and then switch on the devices. Connect the SoundBar to a network router through a wireless connection.

    Use your SoundBar This section helps you use the SoundBar to play media from a wide range of sources. Before you start • Make the necessary connections as described in the user manual. • Complete the first-time setup. First-time setup appears when you turn on the SoundBar for the first time.

    Select one of the following options, and then press • [Auto]: For an HDMI connection, automatically adjust the audio delay. • [Manual]: Press the Navigation buttons (up/down) to manually adjust the audio delay. • [Off]: Disable automatic adjustment of audio. Press to confirm.

    Note • Make sure that the subtitle file has the same name as the video file. For example, if the video file is named 'movie.avi', save the subtitle file as 'movie.srt' or 'movie.sub'. • You can play subtitle files in the following formats: .rmvb.srt, .sub, .txt, .ssa, .ass, smi, and .sami.

    Download the Philips application, MyRemote (MyRemote) to your smartphone. This application is free. Note • Philips MyRemote is only available for iPhones and Android smartphones. Tap the App Store (App Store) icon on the iPhone or the Market (Market) icon on the Android smartphone.

    Browse a USB storage device Browse a USB storage device from your smartphone, and play an audio, video, or multimedia file. Launch the remote control application on your smartphone. Connect a USB storage device to your SoundBar. On your smartphone, tap the Source (Source) tab, and then select USB (USB).

    » Some media files may not display or play due to compatibility issues. EasyLink The SoundBar supports Philips EasyLink, which uses the HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) protocol. EasyLink-compliant devices that are connected through HDMI can be controlled by a single remote control.

    Change settings This section helps you to change the settings of your SoundBar. Caution • Most of the settings are already configured with the best value for your SoundBar. Unless you have a reason to change a setting, it is best to leave it at the default value.

    Video setting Adjust the video output. Press (Home). Select [Setup], and then press Select [Video] > [Video Setting], and then press Adjust the settings. Press to confirm.
