    Battery Installation Insert the battery as shown. Close the cover as indicated by the arrow. Battery Charge At the time of shipment, the battery is not charged. Each phone number can be assigned a name and category number for easy access. All phonebook items are stored in alphabetical order.     Others Walkie-Talkie Using Walkie-Talkie mode, you can communicate with another handset even when out of range of a base unit. Only a Panasonic DECT Portable Station which supports Walkie- Talkie can be used. Handsets have to be in Walkie-Talkie mode, and have the same Walkie-Talkie group number.
