en | Installation GSM external antenna Installation CAUTION! Before starting the installation procedure, remove the power plug from the Carephone. See the user manual of the Carephone. Flip the Carephone so that you can see the backside. Release the battery pack cover from the two clips, by levering up with a screwdriver. - Page 5 GSM external antenna Installation | en Open the cover of the Carephone to access the connection compartment. NOTICE! If the GSM internal antenna is previously installed on the GSM Module, disconnect and deinstall it before installing and connecting the external antenna. Refer to the installation addendum of the internal antenna.
- Page 6 en | Installation GSM external antenna Fasten the antenna cable carefully into the channel provided in the middle of the battery pack cover and close the battery pack cover. CAUTION! Do not twist or trap the antenna cable in the cover. This could damage the cable.
