This phone is lightweight, easy-to-use, reliable, and offers many significant features and service options: • Dual-band capability provides access to other Digital Networks where roaming agreements are established.     Tip: The Power Save mode helps to conserve battery power when you are in an area without a signal. To turn your phone off: • Press and hold for two seconds until you see the powering down animation on the display screen. Your screen remains blank while your phone is off (unless the battery is charging).
  • Page 16 Installing or Removing the Battery To install or remove the LiIon battery: 1. Make sure the power is off so that you don’t lose any stored numbers or messages. Press down on the cover and slide it in the direction of the arrow (1) and then carefully lift the battery cover away from the phone (2).
  • Page 17 3. To insert the battery, insert the battery into the opening on the back of the phone at an angle (1), making sure the metal contacts on the battery connect with the matching connectors in the phone. Press down until the battery snaps into place (2).

    Voice Service Activating Voice Service Voice recognition allows you to say commands to perform common functions supported by your phone. There is no voice training required to use the voice recognition feature. You simply say the pre-designated command displayed on your screen in a normal tone of voice to perform the desired function.
