    Getting Started Setting Up Your HP iPAQ Use the following steps to quickly set up your HP iPAQ and connect it to your personal computer. The illustrations in the previous sections display the specific location of the HP iPAQ components.
  • Page 13 3. Connect the AC adapter to an electrical outlet. 4. Connect the mini-USB cable to the charging/communications port on your HP iPAQ. The cable connector only fits one way, so do not force it. If the connector does not insert easily, turn it over.

    Understanding Messaging To send and receive e-mail messages for an e-mail account that you have with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or that you access using a VPN server connection (typically a work account), you need to connect to the Internet or a corporate network, depending on the account. You can send and receive Outlook e-mail and Internet e-mail through an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
