When there are not local codes and regulations, the installation must be comply with european standards applicable. The machine must be installed on a perfectly even surface, strong and horizontal, capable resisting to the efforts shown in the technical characteristics.

Levelling the machine : - Adjust the nuts with a spanner and adjust the dryer ironer so that it is horizontal and that its four stands are perfectly vertical.

The rollers located between the drive disk and the cylinder in the right hand unit must not rotate continuously while the machine is operating. This check must be carried out once a month. Water is carried in the lower parts of the supply tubes, and steam in the upper parts. Make a swan neck branch-T on the main tube to prevent this water damaging the machine heating system.

The valve must be CE certified in category IV. Its size must vary according to the characteristics of the boiler, to the volume of the pipes upstream of the valve and the volume of the appliance to be protected.
