Make sure not to damage the magnet by motor rotor. (Attachment) 1. Insert the motor rotor assembly into the stator. NOTE : Make sure that the motor stator has their own direction for proper assembly. (A) - (C) , and between (B) - (D) ; between (A) - (B) .between motor lead wire and EY6506-U1 < REMEDY > NO Replace battery pack. NO Repair contacts. NO Contacts in switch block are defective. - Page 6 EY6506-U1 < TROUBLE > Does not speed- control. Even if FET block is defective, it can not be replaced individually. Replace whole switch block. Remove the FET circuit block and check the lead wire terminals. These terminals are open normally when there is an open circuit ( between the green and yellow lead wires, and between the blue and yellow lead wires.
