    MIS (Management Information System) reports to be output to a printer or PC but not to the both simultaneously. The DBS 576 System can be configured for a maximum of 576 ports and can support a maximum of two Built-In ACD systems. Note that a single-shelf (96-port) configuration can accommodate only one ACD system.
